​To become a client, simply click one of the boxes above (or email taxhelp@mountaintaxservices.com or call 406-490-1664), tell us a little bit about your tax needs, and we will respond quickly with a quote and further steps.  Most times, we are able to accept new clients and provide services, but check with us before assuming we have openings.  After contacting us, becoming a client is straightforward and easy: 1.) we will ask you a few questions to clarify needs and provide an accurate quote; 2.) we will ask you to review our engagement webpage so you can understand how we operate; 3.) we can review your prior year return (not required but helpful--we have a secure document upload center you may use); 4.) we will set you up in our tax software for readiness, and 5.) once you have your tax documents, you can provide them to us per your preference: in-person (in several states); through our secure document upload center; via email, messaging, phone text (pictures), fax, or through regular mail; and/or we can also login to branded tax platforms and other secure sites you may  have to obtain documents.
