Payment

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), and PayPal.  Depending on the situation, we may institute a payment plan with monthly or quarterly payments.  We align invoices with refunds when applicable, so generally our clients are not billed until refunds are issued.

Tax Forms

  • How Can I/We Provide Tax Forms To You?

Our clients use many methods to provide us their tax forms.  Many clients e-mail their documents as files (email: taxhelp@mountaintaxservices.com), some fax them to us.  A few mail forms or USBs with files/documents (Mountain Tax, 3509 Cambridge Court #201, Danville, Illinois, 61832). We've used a few online file sharing programs with clients. We can provide access for you to upload your forms on our secure website (just send as an e-mail request). We have a handful who send us pictures of their forms via text (406.490.1664).  We have retrieved client files from platforms logging into certain branded tax software accounts.  Clients near the Wilmington/Philadelphia area or in Montana or Illinois may make appointments to come into one of our office spaces.  In Montana we pick up in Butte, Bozeman, Helena, Great Falls and Missoula and most points in that area.  All of the above work for us--and if there is something that isn't listed that works for you, we can probably make that work, too!
